I’ve decided today is the last day I will be compiling all of these logs for my eating as I’m a lot better at managing what I eat now and I’m still losing weight as I progress due to being aware of what I eat

Current weight 20.5st, lost 2st in 6 month (approx 1lb per week) just by getting reducing the junk food I eat).

I shall continue into summer but without this log

5 chocolate/rich tea biscuits
2 whole meal bread slices
cup of tea
3 crumpets
fish and chips micro meal
3 tuna mayo sandwiches
fruit and grain bar
steaklet, chips and beans micromeal
