How much did I earn in January 2023?
Plodding on with start of new year, celebrated my birthday in January, decided to have a shave! Started with my RTL-SDR imaging and started downloading pictures, I wrote an article on this to help others along the way if they encounter similar problems.

Monthly admin thoughts
Another month down, managed to get my car insurance for the same price as last years policy, which surprised me because I was expecting higher costs. Website traffic is up, primarily attributed via Youtube again because I’m become more active on it.
Not overly worried about how much my site earns, as eventually I want to sack off the rubbish affiliate marketing, and sell my own products.
A basic shopify store is £20 per month, and I’ve always had this as my next stage plan to make and sell products to directly sell from my own site. Simply because it removes competition, and I can focus on conversion ratios. I’m still not happy with affiliate conversion, but my main goal is working on increasing traffic not conversion ratios, because increased traffic will allow me to experiment more and see better results. At the moment my affiliate marketing is to a very small niche, which means my experiments have skewed results, because I don’t have a large base to test with.
Pumping £100 per month into investments (£50 stocks and shares and £50 into premium bonds). I decided that 2023 was the year I was going to focus on changing everything. Health, Financials, Debts, future stability. So all my goals are focussed around increasing income now
I’m planning on clearing all my debt for my next birthday, as when I turn 40 I have another goal to work on
I’ve started working on the youtube videos for my Dashcam channel too, that’s mainly because I have 1.5TB of dashcam footage on a 2TB hard disk and I’m running out of room, so need to bin some off.
