Finally got my Cisco switch, purchased myself a console cable so I could remote into the CLI with my laptop and do all the local configuration from there. I’m currently learning as I go.
The thing you have to understand is you will get a lot invalid marker commands and incomplete command messages if you are in the wrong command line interface
I’ve currently learned how to setup the hostname and IP address of the switch. I’m now busy setting it up with my network so I can route all my internet traffic through it
