Just thought I’d do an update post on my current progress of eating “junk” food. I’ve already lost 1.5st since starting this thing doing no exercise and just monitoring what I eat in terms of junk and controlling it. I’m now tipping the scales in the high 20st mark, so in 2013 I’ll buy my weights and start bumping up my strength further since I’ll need it
Just for all you people out there who think you can’t have a healthy weight and still eat crap. This is proof that it works if done in moderation. If I mixed it with exercise it would fly off. I’ll probably update this post with my current sizes to update the topic
