How much did I earn in December 2023?

Well, a happy new year to all. Hopefully everyone had a good Xmas and new year

The website is coming along happily. Got a nice chunk of money for Xmas in form of a Bonus, money saved up and Overtime. So I treat myself for xmas. I purchased myself a PS5, and my Hakko Soldering Iron.

After this, I also won some money, so used it to fund the purchase of a new bed and matress. As this will speed up working on my home electronics workbench project. Basically I have a double bed where I wanted to put my workbench and equipment, but had to save up the money to buy up a new bed first. Ta da… That’s out the way so I can replace it

I also finialised purchasing all of my Mac Allister home storage drawers to be used for my workbench. I double stacked the storage drawers together in terms of how I want them, so this will allow me to make the most of my storage. Probably not the end of the storage so good for now. I have over 400 bays of small parts storage, which will be useful for all manner of things and more organisation.

The next step is going to be getting rid of the double bed, then making a visit to Wickes, so that I can purchase some MDF and Lumber for assembling the workbench. I have the mental picture in my head of how I want it all to look. So I’ll keep adding pictures and posts to my Electrical workbench project as I go along, so others can follow along the way with how it looks

Monthly admin thoughts

No real change, the website is performing normal. I’ve hit a bit of a point where I’m stuck what to write. As my site originally developed from posting articles related to car repair guides for Audi A3 and Volkswagen Golf MK5. I still get traffic because of this, and high rankings in Google. It’s just I’m trying to delve more on the blogging side of things. Until something needs repairing on my car, I can’t add content.

I’m also trying to figure out a way to migrate the repair side of things. I personally don’t like the layout of how it looks, just my knowledge is crap on web design side of things, and it’s a lot of work to migrate it all. Plus I’m unsure where I want to go.

I’ll keep writing though. Just plodding on letting my bank balance recover! Keep an eye on this blog, some plentiful posts to follow.

I’m working on designing on injection moulding or cnc machine for a Business. Not sure what to do first, as I’m looking to work on something I can use to generate further income.
