
Traditional Rice Pudding
A simplistic traditional ride pudding with burnt crispy edges
Equipment
- Nutmeg Grater
- Spoon
- Large Dish or Bowl
- Measuring Jug
Ingredients
- 1 pint Milk
- 2 oz Rice Pudding Grains
- 2 oz Sugar Granulated is fine
- 1 tbsp Nutmeg Grated (optional)
- 1 tbsp Butter Helps burn the milk (optional)
Instructions
- Warm up oven to 160'c (Fan Oven Temp)
- Add all ingredients to a dish
- Place the dish in a heated oven
- Cook for 1.5 hours

If you double up the receipe, add +1 hour each time
